PAGANI Huayra BC: Fabrication process...

Materials needed:

-Thin cardboard (1-2 boxes)

-Straws (exhaust pipes and rear lights)

-4 bottle caps (rims)

-EVA foam (tires, interior)

-Thin plastic (windows)

-Mosquito net (ventillation grills)

-Metallic spray paint (only if you want the oficial color)

-Steel wire (rear view mirrors)

1.st Template

The first thing you have to do to make a car model is a template, getting the correct measurments so that the car is properly proporcionated when built (for this car the standart size is 30 x 8 x 12). After that, cut the main body pieces into cardboard.

2.nd First joints

After cutting the main pieces, join them toghether to create the main body and to have a stable structure. Fold the parts that you´re going to glue together for an easier perfomance. Also at this point, craft the wheels so that you can make the wheel frames coincide perfectly with them.

3.rd Part add

Add some more parts and paint it (if you use spray, paint with the spray first and then add some layers of normal paint)

Then pain the carbon fiber (black) and add the backwards

*The top was changed so that the glass could go

4.th Interior and windows

The Huayra BC is also emblematic because of it gull wing form door opening. Add this if you like it and also add the interior and the glass of all windows.

5.th Wheels and minor details

Add the wheels and some other details such as the ventilation grills, the rear view mirrors or another black paint layer. Your car is now finished!
