Lamborghini Countach LP5000 QV: Fabrication process...
Materials needed:
Car:
-Thin cardboard (1-2 boxes)
-Straws (exhaust pipes and engine details)
-4 bottle caps (rims)
-EVA foam (tires, interior)
-Thin plastic (windows)
-Mosquito net (ventillation grills)
-Paint
-Strong steel wire (To let the doors, motor and hood open)
Engine:
-Electrical junction strip (cut it so that it has twelve spaces, simulating an V12 engine
-Gray metallic spray paint
-Straws
-Toothpicks
-Wire without cover
*This is a simulation of an engine, for now it does not work
1.st Template
The first thing you have to do to make a car model is a template, getting the correct measurments so that the car is properly proporcionated when built (for this car the standart size is 30 x 8 x 12). Due to that this car has a big front window, instead of starting from the front, I started from the base, making it easier to build but more difficult to add the interior.
2.nd First joints
After cutting the main pieces, join them toghether to create the main body and to have a stable structure. Fold the parts that you´re going to glue together for an easier perfomance. Also at this point, craft the wheels so that you can make the wheel frames coincide perfectly with them.
3.rd Part add
Add some more parts until you have the main structure completed. Reforce the thin parts with wire so that they don´t fold and cut the parts that later will be opened. Also add the engine in the back part and the spare wheel on the front.

4.th Interior, paint and windows
Paint the car and add the interior, made of EVA foam. Also add the front window (do not add lateral windows if you want that the doors open)
5.th Wheels and minor details
Add the wheels and some other details such as the double stripe to make it look more agressive, the rear view mirrors, the spoiler and the mudguards. Your car is now finished!
